Our sessions are handled by Naturopathy and Yoga Doctors, where every asana is backed by how the stretch and breathwork medically benefits different parts of your body & mind.
GENERAL YOGA :
Beginner-friendly General Yoga sessions, suitable for individuals of all ages, from teens to adults, focusing on Basic Asanas, Paranayama, Meditation, and Relaxation techniques.
DYNAMIC YOGA :
Intense Yoga sessions, Ideal for active teens and adults. These classes address and are effective for various health concerns such as weight loss, hormonal imbalances, PCOD, thyroid issues, indigestion, insulin resistance, and infertility.
RESTORATIVE YOGA :
Beginner-friendly Restorative Yoga sessions, specific for Stress Management, Hypertension, Arthritis, Inflammatory Conditions, Body pain, Back pain, Neck pain, Knee pain, Anxiety and Depression, our classes offer a sanctuary for healing, deep relaxation and restoration.

INSTRUCTIONS :
Few points to keep in mind, before joining our sessions :
1) Empty your bowel and bladder before the class, keep your stomach empty.
2) Freshen up and hydrate yourself.
3) Use Loose and breathable clothing
4) Use a Comfortable Yoga mat
5) Be Open-minded, enjoy the class.
